About Me

My Name is Michelle Moses.

As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, instructor and mentor over three decades of experience, I step into a new chapter . . . semi retirement! I have shifted my focus to the practices that truly resonate with me as I turn 55 this year - Pilates and Yoga.

Since 1989, I've dedicated my career to empowering individuals through movement. From leading group fitness class and coaching team training to training future instructors and personal trainers, my passion has always been about fostering strength, balance and confidence.

​

Holding a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and one as a Nutritional Therapist, I've worked as a personal trainer, national instructor trainer and have taught just about every land and water-based class imaginable! For all demographics and industries (profit, non-profit). 

​

I've worked in the wellness space as a nutrition advisor, natural health advocate and physical therapeutic assistant in the chiropractic field.

​

Today I teach Pilates at my local university, working with both students at the recreation centre and employees through wellness programs.

 

Beyond the studio, I stay active with personal workouts, including TRX suspension training, walking and cycling, and in my role as Operations Lead (Freight) for UnderArmour Factory House in my city.
