Mondays and Exercise ... Ugh!

This is a post I shared in one of my online exercise support groups - straight talk from me, your friendly neighbourhood instructor/trainer/coach:).
As cheesy as it sounds, it’s a new day, new week, new month and for you THE day that is crucial in being successful at reaching your activity goals [for the week].
You need to exercise TODAY, no excuses.
If you can do something today, Monday, you will be set for the week, I promise.
If you wait till tomorrow or the next day, that day never seems to come😩!
So today, even if it’s your rest day from intense activity, plan to and actually do SOMETHING!
The table at https://www.health.harvard.edu/diet-and-weight-loss/calories-burned-in-30-minutes-of-leisure-and-routine-activities lists the calories burned by doing dozens of activities listed for 30 minutes!
If you can get your workout in TODAY, Monday, the typical hardest day of the week to get through studies show that you will complete a minimum of at least 2 more workouts this week.
Straight facts y'all.
You can find 30 minutes.
If you can’t find 30 minutes, message me your schedule and I’ll find it for you!
It’s a HUGE list - I repeat, NO EXCUSES!
Shorter workouts of higher intensity are okay too; just get out there and do something.
